Service Manager

Wainalta Motors is currently looking for a Service Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and has a robust interest in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while working closely with our Service and Parts departments.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Prepare and explain repair orders and estimates to customers
- Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and the Parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Review completed work orders with customers and explain repairs performed
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Prepare warranty and service-related documentation
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:




- Previous automotive or Service Advisor experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- PBS experience an asset
- Valid driver's license

Automotive dealership experience is an asset. Compensation & Benefits

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift
