Kenora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we are looking for a positive, motivated, and driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our Service Department.

What You Will Do

You will oversee the daily operations of our Service Department, ensuring our Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff are working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You will manage shop productivity, technician efficiency, repair order accuracy, scheduling, and overall departmental performance. You will work closely with our Parts Department and dealership management team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

You will monitor financial performance, manage budgets, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes that support productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

A significant part of this position involves leading and developing your team. You will provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and the support necessary for employees to succeed in their roles.

You will also oversee warranty administration, ensure compliance with manufacturer procedures, resolve customer concerns, and maintain the high standards expected of our dealership.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for developing people and improving departmental performance.





Previous automotive service or dealership management experience is considered an asset, but we are open to individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and leadership potential.

You should have a good understanding of automotive service operations or a strong willingness to develop that knowledge. Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or other Stellantis products is considered an asset.

Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and decision making skills are important. You should be comfortable using computers, learning dealership management systems, working with performance reports, and adapting to changing automotive technology.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is approachable, accountable, and willing to lead by example.

This position offers annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $110,000, depending on previous experience, qualifications, and training.

Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. A signing bonus may also be available depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

What You Need A valid full driver's license is required. Previous automotive service, supervisory, or dealership management experience is considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to established expectations are essential.
