The Service Department is a 24/7 operation committed to a minimum response time of no more than 4 hours. Locations sites typically are Ontario, all throughout the US and Mexico.

It is vital that the Service Department maintains a high level of service excellence, maintains a customer-centric focus while achieving profit-center performance targets.

- PLC experience
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams
- Willing and able to travel internationally
- Extensive travel required throughout North America
- Must be able to travel internationally
- Must have tools (mechanical and electrical) - specialty tools will be provided
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Electrical wiring
- Mechanical drawings
- Mechanical inspection

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Good physical condition, heavy lifting, and climbing are sometimes required




- Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office for reporting
- Crane operator and fork truck experience
- Customer service-oriented personality
