Edge Equipment LTD. Is Looking to add a Full-time Shipper/Receiver to our Parts Department in our Edmonton Location. The successful candidate would report directly to the Parts Manager and assist with day-to-day operations.

Duties

· Daily order processing, Receiving and Shipping duties

· Greeting customers, answering phone calls and emails with a timely and professional manner

· Assisting the Service Department with requests

· Pick and fill orders from stock

· Loading/Unloading Machines

· Maintain yard & keep machines organized

· Notify Parts Manager about any low inventory items or items that require immediate attention

· Operation of forklift and skid steer machinery

· Operate non-machinery material handling equipment (Pallet jacks, Dollies, Etc.)

· Parts identification, stock handling, Cataloguing and inventory maintenance

· Pick up or deliver parts as required with company vehicle

· Delivering small equipment

· Maintaining cleanliness of work area

· Other duties as required

Qualification and Experience Requirements

· 6 months experience with logistics and/or inventory systems





· Valid Class 5 Drivers License & drivers abstract

· Work with minimal supervision & various weather conditions

· Be a team player

· Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

· Able to lift 75 LBS without assistance

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Excellent customer service skills

· Sales drive, organized, and self-motivated

· Flexible working hours as required

· Proficient with Microsoft Office

· Good Math skills

· Prior Customer Service experience considered an asset

· Prior Shipping/Receiving experience considered an asset

· Prior experience operating skidsteer, Forklift and related machinery considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
