Conquest Auto Collision is a busy, established collision repair facility in Toronto. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Auto Body Shop Foreman / Appraiser with strong production-control and shop-management skills to join our team.

The successful candidate will prepare accurate collision repair estimates while helping manage repair flow, technician scheduling, parts coordination, insurance communication, and overall shop productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, complete repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software such as Mitchell & Bodyshop Connect.
- Determine appropriate repair versus replacement procedures in accordance with OEM repair methods and insurer requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, technicians, and management.
- Manage daily production flow from vehicle intake through repair completion and delivery.
- Coordinate technician assignments, repair priorities, parts ordering, and repair schedules.
- Monitor repair status, cycle times, labour hours, and promised delivery dates.
- Identify hidden damage, prepare and negotiate supplements, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure repair orders, photos, documentation, and customer files are complete and properly maintained.
- Help maintain quality-control standards before vehicle delivery.
- Support profitability by ensuring all required operations, parts, materials, sublet work, and labour are properly captured in estimates.
- Assist management with shop workflow, staff coordination, customer updates, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, professional, safe work environment in accordance with Ontario health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an auto body shop foreman or estimator




- Proven ability to manage shop production, repair scheduling, workflow, and technician efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of collision repair procedures, refinishing, structural repairs, mechanical damage, and vehicle systems.
- Experience using Mitchell & Bodyshop Connect.
- Experience communicating and negotiating with insurance companies, adjusters, and DRP partners.
- Ability to read repair procedures and understand OEM repair requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Professional customer-service and communication skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
- I-CAR certification, especially I-CAR Platinum, is a strong asset.
- 310 Certification such as Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer certification, or related automotive trade certification is an asset.
- Experience with modern vehicle construction, including aluminum, high-strength steel, advanced driver-assistance systems, and calibration requirements.
- Experience with parts management, supplements, repair planning, and quality-control procedures.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a body shop environment.
