Responsibilities

- Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and inventory control
- Lead and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians to achieve operational excellence
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, explaining repair options, and ensuring satisfaction
- Oversee automotive repairs, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are maintained
- Drive sales through upselling additional services and parts while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient work environment to optimize productivity and safety

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive sales processes
- Mechanical experience with hands-on knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Deep mechanical knowledge to assess repairs, troubleshoot issues, and guide technicians effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients
- Strong sales aptitude with a focus on upselling services without compromising integrity
- Experience in automotive repair environments with familiarity in parts inventory management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed financial records
