Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily shop operations, dispatch work orders efficiently, and maintain high productivity.
- Mentor, assist, and guide technicians on complex mechanical diagnostics and repairs.
- Ensure all apprentices, hourly staff stay on task efficiently
- Ensure quality control by performing road tests and final repair inspections.
- Bridge communication between the service advisors and shop technicians to ensure rapid,



accurate turnaround times for customer vehicles.
- Enforce shop safety standards and maintain high technical compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or equivalent) with significant hands-on mechanical experience required.
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM (FCA/Stellantis) experience is strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong problem-solving, time management, team management, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
