Site Safety Personnel – Don Phillips Bridge Rehabilitation Project
River Valley Construction Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Site Safety Personnel for our 2027 Don Phillips Bridge Rehabilitation Project, located approximately 50 km north of Dawson Creek, BC.
The successful candidate will support daily site safety activities, including worker orientations, toolbox and safety meetings, field inspections, hazard assessments, documentation, incident reporting, corrective-action follow-up, and ensuring site activities are completed in accordance with company safety requirements and applicable regulations.
The role will work closely with project management, site supervision, subcontractors, and workers to help maintain a safe and compliant work setting throughout the project.
Previous construction safety experience is required. Experience with bridge rehabilitation, civil construction, Ministry of Transportation projects, or similar infrastructure work would be considered an asset.
Strong communication, organization, documentation, and field-level safety skills are required.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
