Integra Building Systems is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Supervisor Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in construction but is also ready to take on more responsibility, help keep projects organized, solve problems, and learn the ins and outs of supervising a job site.

You'll work closely with our Site Supervisor while still being actively involved in day-to-day construction. If you're dependable, organized, take initiative, and like seeing a project come together from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day can look a little different. You'll assist the Site Supervisor with keeping projects moving while jumping in wherever you're needed.

Your responsibilities may include

- Assisting the Site Supervisor with daily job-site operations
- Helping coordinate daily tasks and project priorities
- Keeping job sites organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Monitoring work progress and identifying items that need attention
- Communicating with team members, trades, and the Site Supervisor
- Picking up and delivering materials to job sites
- Assisting with framing and finishing work
- Installing doors, bathroom hardware, blinds, and fixtures
- Completing deficiencies and final project details
- Landscaping and exterior work when required
- Stepping in to complete miscellaneous tasks needed to keep projects on schedule

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have previous construction or job-site experience
- Are interested in developing your leadership and supervisory skills

- Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Are comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Are physically capable of working on active construction sites
- Are comfortable using ladders and working outdoors when required
- Have a positive, qualified, and energetic attitude
- Take pride in keeping projects organized and work completed properly
