Job Overview

Harwood's Construction is seeking a reliable and experienced snow plow operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently clearing snow from parking lots.

The operator will primarily operate a front-end loader or farm tractor equipped with a snowplow, while ensuring that properties are cleared thoroughly and safely according to company standards.

This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, able to work independently, and available on short notice during snow events.

Responsibilities

- Operate a front-end loader or farm tractor equipped with a snowplough to clear commercial parking lots and access areas.
- Maintain transparent and accessible entrances, driveways, parking areas, fire routes, loading areas, and other designated areas.
- Follow designated snow-clearing routes and property-specific instructions.




- Stack and pile snow in appropriate locations as directed.
- Perform basic pre-operation equipment inspections
- Complete required work in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable workplace and traffic regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience operating a front end loader and/or farm tractor
- AZ licence is an asset to this position, as it can lead to more opportunities
- Valid G driver’s license is required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold temperatures and snow
- The hours worked will be scheduled as needed and the right candidate will be available and on call during the winter season

Pay: From $27.50 per hour
