About the Role

As a Snow Clearing Team Member, you’ll safely operate GreenCo trucks and clear snow for residential and commercial clients using shovels and snowblowers. You’ll work independently, take pride in quality, and communicate with a friendly, professional attitude.

How Scheduling Works

- Before each forecasted snowfall, we contact our part-time team to request availability.
- You opt in for the shift windows that work for you (early AM, daytime, or evening).
- We have a team meeting at the start of each shift at the GreenCo Yard, load up our trucks, and head out!
- We build the route and assign you based on your availability.

What You’ll Do

- Clear sidewalks, walkways, and driveways using shovels and gas-powered snowblowers
- Drive between sites safely and efficiently (company vehicle)
- Provide cheerful, professional service to clients and neighbors
- Work in cold, snowy conditions and maintain a reasonable pace
- Complete simple mobile check-ins and photo confirmations as required

What We’re Looking For
- Reliability & communication: You respond promptly when we request availability and show up for the shifts you accept




- Self-starter: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable: Able to operate snowblowers and shovel continuously in winter conditions
- Safe driver: Valid Class 5 license and clean driving habits (driving record an asset)
- Customer-first mindset: Friendly, respectful, and professional at all times

Nice to Have

- Experience in snow removal, landscaping, or other outdoor work
- Experience driving pickup trucks/trailers in winter conditions
- Availability for early mornings or late evenings during storms

Compensation & Perks

- $20/hr to start, further raises depending on experience and responsibility
