We are looking for hard working individuals with a personal vehicle capable of winter conditions.

Employees are required to have a vehicle for day to day work. daily allowance for use of truck and gas. We offer a base minimum pay of 2000 weather we have snow days or not. Once your hrly wage exceeds 2000 you will be paid your hrly moving forward through the month.

Duties

- Operate snow removal equipment such as backpack blowers, snow blowers, shovels,



and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from designated areas
- Use hand tools and power tools to manually remove snow from hard-to-reach spots or delicate landscaping features
- Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and ensure secure walking and driving conditions
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify hazardous icy patches or snow buildup that requires attention
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize routes and areas based on safety needs and operational schedules
