Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge, ON. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Cambridge Centre Dental Care’s services, brand, and patient experience. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, managing posting schedules, monitoring channels for comments and messages, and responding in a timely and professional manner.
The Social Media
Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and collaborate with the dental and administrative teams to highlight promotions,
patient education, and community initiatives. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring that all digital communications align with clinic values and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow the clinic’s online presence.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and patient-friendly messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and dashboards to track performance and inform improvements.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an asset.
- Previous experience managing social media for a healthcare, dental, or local service business is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
