Position: Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior

Location: Toronto, Canada - Hybrid

Must Haves:

- Enterprise Integration: Advanced experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, and data transformation technologies (JSON/XML). Experience designing, developing, and
- Cloud & Platforms: Expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes for containerized deployments

- Education & Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT solutions
- Cloud & Platforms: Expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes for containerized deployments; experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, S3) is an asset.
- Enterprise Integration: Advanced experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, and data transformation technologies (JSON/XML).
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting MuleSoft integration flows, APIs, and reusable integration services in enterprise environments is strongly preferred
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience integrating enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, asset management, training management,



document management, and regulatory/compliance systems
- Data & Reliability: Strong SQL skills and knowledge of fault-tolerant integration patterns, including retries, dead-letter queues (DLQ), monitoring, and data consistency approaches
- Modern DevOps: Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, source control, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code
- Architecture & Design: Ability to design complex integration solutions, map data flows, and produce transparent architectural and technical documentation. Experience applying integration patterns and API-led connectivity principles in MuleSoft-based architectures is an asset
- Business Translation: Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical integration specification
- Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work across multiple teams, facilitate technical discussions, and resolve data ownership, governance, and integration challenges
