Manage and lead the end-to-end quality process from identification in Bromont through formal case closure. Act as primary liaison between Warehouse Operations, Planning &

- Fulfillment, Commercial Operations, and Montreal head office Quality Department.

Provide operational and administrative support in inventory management, inbound/outbound coordination, and reporting.

This role reports to the: Electrification Customer Operations Manager

This role is contributing to the Smart Power and Smart Building division in Canada.

Responsibilities

- Receives notification of SPSB material damage from receiving team, evaluates non-conformities, determines appropriate action (hold/return/inspection), coordinates NCR process for factory returns, and creates quality cases in SAP/MARC with full traceability
- Support Quality team inspections and coordinate shipment of defective products to Montreal Campus for analysis and repair
- Act as primary liaison between Bromont Warehouse Operations, Commercial Operations, and Quality Department
- Coordinate return of repaired materials and ensure SAP/MARC transactions are completed accurately
- Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP (SAP and MARC) systems.
- Ensures accurate management of deliveries between MARC and SAP for SPSB products
- Participates in regular inventory control processes for SPSB products
- Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
- Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
- Promotes a culture of safety, integrity, ethics,



and compliance by upholding ABB’s values, code of conduct, policies, and regulatory requirements in all activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in using Marc WMS, SAP, and other relevant software tools.
- Ensure operational excellence through quality assurance, inventory control, logistics coordination, and end-to-end supply chain management
- Robust analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Available to travel up to 10% of the time
- Proficiency in French is mandatory, as well as English to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec
