Family Lawyer | 3+ Years’ Call

Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time | In-Person

Salary: $105,000 to $190,000

Arlyn Recruiting is working with a well-established, full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley that is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its Chilliwack office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 3+ years of post-call family law experience who is looking to join a collaborative and supportive team. The Role

The successful candidate will manage family law matters while working closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals. Responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals

- Conducting legal research and analyzing legislation and case law

- Reviewing and analyzing evidence to identify key issues and potential arguments

- Drafting and reviewing agreements, pleadings, and court materials

- Preparing for and attending court proceedings

- Managing files efficiently and accurately





- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a supportive team environment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of post-call experience, with a focus on family law

- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia

- Strong legal research and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organization and time-management abilities

- A collaborative and team-oriented approach

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work additional hours when urgent matters arise

Compensation & Benefits

The firm offers a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $190,000, based on experience, along with opportunities for qualified growth.
