Position Title: Staff Accountant / Junior Accountant (non-audit)

Position Duration: Permanent, Full Time for January 2027

Position Description

We are currently seeking exceptional Staff Accountants to join our Firm.

At Hansen Cho LLP, you will be exposed to all aspects of public accounting. Your work experience as a staff accountant or junior accountant may include some bookkeeping, preparing compilation engagements, preparing individual, corporate, and trust tax returns as well as assisting on review engagements.

Our team will also provide ongoing mentoring, coaching and training to enable you to succeed.





Qualifications:

- Academic Achievement - Enrolled in a BComm/BBA in Accounting program or equivalent
- Superior client/customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Caseware, Taxprep, Quickbooks and Sage Accounting would be an asset
- Previous public accounting experience would be an asset
