Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Storage Specialist to manage and optimize storage operations within our facility. In this role, you will oversee the organization, maintenance, and documentation of storage areas, ensuring efficient use of space and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will support property management activities, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall operational flow.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of stored items using property management software.
- Conduct regular inspections of storage facilities, including filing and updating inventory logs and light maintenance. Including griding locks, unit clean, weeding, etcetera
- Assist with data entry tasks related to storage movements, deliveries, and retrievals
- Support administrative functions such as filing, record keeping, and generating reports for management review




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to storage services and policies
- Skills
- Strong office experience with excellent organizational skills
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies
- Experience in property management or storage operations preferred
- Effective negotiation skills for managing storage agreements or resolving conflicts
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed filing systems
- Solid customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships

Pay: $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
