Nature's Fare Markets in Kelowna is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the sales floor, oversee day-to-day operations across Grocery, Produce, Wellness, Bistro, and more, and develop team Leaders and Members. This role requires solid leadership, coaching, and a focus on store-wide execution.

The Floor Manager will champion a people-first culture, ensure policy compliance, and support the Assistant Store Manager with onboarding and training.
