Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Store Manager.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing stock levels, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate product information is available to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include supervising and supporting the store team, scheduling, and guiding staff on customer service standards and sales practices.

The Store

Manager will also monitor sales performance, manage pricing and promotions, and collaborate with leadership on store targets and improvement initiatives. While remote, the role requires regular digital communication with onsite staff, managing systems,



and maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail or trade store management, including overseeing daily operations, stock control, and staff coordination.
- Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers.
- Proficiency with inventory, point-of-sale, and scheduling systems, and confidence working with digital tools in a remote capacity.
- Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team, including performance feedback and basic people management responsibilities.
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in orders, pricing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of decorating products and materials, or willingness to quickly learn product ranges and their applications.
- Comfort working independently, managing time effectively, and making decisions aligned with store targets and company standards.
- Previous experience in the building, decorating, or trade merchants sector is advantageous; relevant vocational training or education is a plus.
