President will be pivotal in expanding engagement with major donors, developing creative fundraising strategies, and building an integrated approach to philanthropy. Your vision will lead to impactful conservation results. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement national philanthropy strategies for impact
- Oversee donor engagement and stewardship efforts
- Secure transformational gifts through effective cultivation




- Build synergies across fundraising teams nationally
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Requirements:
- Significant experience in philanthropic leadership
- Proven ability to negotiate complex fundraising agreements
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building capabilities
- Knowledge of major gift strategies and stewardship practices
- Bilingual ability (French/English) preferred Lead NCC’s mission by fostering a strong culture of philanthropy and securing vital resources for conservation.
