We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for managing early-stage delinquency accounts. About the Role

As the Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations, performance, and development of a team of collection professionals focused on early-stage account management. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, maximizing recoveries, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about coaching employees to achieve both individual and team success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of collection representatives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and productivity targets.
- Drive customer engagement strategies to maximize recoveries while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Conduct quality monitoring, performance reviews, and regular coaching sessions.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance portfolio performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workforce management activities.




- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in collections, customer service, contact centre operations, or a related setting.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with contact centre systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience managing or working with Early Out portfolios.
- Collections industry experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the accounts receivable management industry.
