Reporting to the Clinical Manager, your focus will be on data compilation and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the surgical team to identify opportunities for enhancing patient outcomes.

Your role includes patient follow-ups post-surgery to track potential concerns and educational material development regarding surgical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and report surgical data for ACS NSQIP
- Collaborate with patients, families, and hospital staff
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Participate in ACS NSQIP and ONSQIN activities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Nursing preferred
- One year experience in surgical or clinical settings
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Experience with clinical chart review and data entry
- Basic knowledge of statistics and quality improvement Support quality surgical outcomes with exceptional data analysis, patient interaction, and teamwork at BCHS.
