Contribute to Nova Scotia Power's Human Resources team as a full time Talent Management Specialist in Halifax, NS. Shape employee experience through innovative talent management and engagement initiatives. This permanent role reports to the Manager of Talent Management & Development.

You will partner with various leaders and employees to implement performance management and talent development programs. Your efforts will drive individual and organizational success while promoting career growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute performance management and talent review processes
- Coordinate succession planning and talent initiatives
- Provide support on talent management tools and programs
- Monitor program effectiveness through reporting and data analysis
- Facilitate workshops and engagement initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Three years of experience in talent management or HR
- Strong understanding of performance management practices
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Elevate employee engagement and development at Nova Scotia Power by utilizing your expertise in talent management.
