Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your contributions will help create a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties

- Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide support to fellow team members and help train new employees when required.





Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, along with an understanding of kitchen operations.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting while helping others succeed.
