Transport Grayson is looking for someone to plan and coordinate the activities of its shop in Danville.

Several jobs at once, priorities that keep changing, trucks that need to get back on the road… planning and anticipation are essential to avoid downtime and keep the mechanics working efficiently.

Plan and prioritize the mechanics' work

Coordinate repairs, maintenance and downed vehicles

Track work and work orders

Anticipate problems and delays

Serve as the link between mechanics, drivers and operations

Handle PEP management

Help improve the shop's efficiency

Organized and structured

Resourceful and autonomous

Positive at managing priorities

Able to keep the big picture in view

Skilled at finding solutions

Comfortable handling several files at once A good communicator

Comfortable with computers

Your experience can come from different backgrounds: Transport, Logistics, Planning, Dispatch, Garage / mechanics, Maintenance, Production, Operations, Warehouse.

Experience in a garage or managing a heavy vehicle fleet is a plus, and you'll score even more points if you know MIR.
