What & Why: Our client is seeking a Technical SAP Payroll Consultant to join their payroll systems team as it grows, providing Level 2 and 3 support for their Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform in a live production environment. This role calls for someone with direct, hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting SAP/ECP Payroll specifically, along with broader responsibilities around improvement initiatives, testing, and cross-functional projects. This is a high-ownership, technically grounded role with real production support accountability, and an opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives beyond day-to-day payroll support.

Our client is a large, established North American organization with operations across North America. Their HR Systems team is responsible for the sustainment and continuous improvement of enterprise payroll systems supporting a complex, multi-jurisdictional workforce.



The environment is SAP-centric, and the team operates in a collaborative, cross-functional model engaging closely with IT, application managed services providers, and external vendors.

You:

You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including payroll schema and PCR configuration, wage type setup, and payroll driver troubleshooting.
- Direct, working knowledge of SAP Payroll T-codes and tables used in day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting ECP or SAP Payroll in a live production environment, with full end-to-end payroll cycle knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting integrations between ECP and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for resolving complex technical and process issues.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation: This role pays between $130,000 to $145,000 per annum as well as a solid benefits package.
