Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of power sports equipment using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hand tools to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform repairs including assembly, and maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively to disassemble, repair, or replace faulty components.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely by following proper lifting techniques and using appropriate equipment.
- Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used,



procedures followed, and time spent on each task.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work completed.

Experience

- Prior dealership experience or power sport repair background is highly preferred.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle or machinery maintenance.
- Skilled in welding techniques and familiar with schematics for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Experience using power tools, hand tools, and assembly equipment in a qualified setting.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Mechanic experience involving automotive repair or related fields is a plus; certification in relevant areas is advantageous but not mandatory.
