Nanny / Mother’s Helper – Three Young Children (Ages 2, 3 & 4)

We are a warm, busy family with three young children, ages 2, 3, and 4, looking for a reliable, positive, and proactive Nanny / Mother’s Helper to become part of our household and help our days run smoothly.
I am a stay-at-home mom who also works in social media and content creation. Being present with my children is extremely important to me, so this is a little different from a traditional nanny position.

Some days I may be out for a few hours for work, appointments, or other commitments, and I will need more hands-on childcare support. Other days, I may want to spend most of the day with the children myself. On those days, I would love someone who naturally shifts into helping with meals, laundry, tidying, and other household tasks.

What the Role Looks Like

This is very much a team environment. Most of the time, you will be working alongside me or another nanny rather than being solely responsible for all three children.

Our goal in having additional support isn't simply to make our household easier to manage. With three children so close in age, my husband and I want to make sure each child receives plenty of individual attention, affection, patience, and support.





Depending on the day, responsibilities may include: •⁠ ⁠Helping care for and engage with our three children

•⁠ ⁠Playing with the children and helping create a positive, calm setting
•⁠ ⁠Assisting with meals and snacks
•⁠ ⁠Cooking or preparing family/children's meals when I am spending time with the kids
•⁠ ⁠Children's laundry and putting clothing away
•⁠ ⁠Changing the children's bedding
•⁠ ⁠Organizing and cleaning children's toys and play areas
•⁠ ⁠Tidying the kitchen after meals
•⁠ ⁠Vacuuming the main level as needed
•⁠ ⁠Helping with transitions, getting ready, and daily routines
•⁠ ⁠Occasionally taking the children to activities or outings
•⁠ ⁠Providing regular updates when out of the house with the children

•⁠ ⁠Working alongside me and/or our other nanny to divide responsibilities based on what is needed that day
