You will enter necessary details into reports and provide essential information to the public and other agencies. Through training in radio dispatch, you'll gain skills valuable for dispatching field units as needed. The dynamic schedule will involve various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process calls and evaluate emergencies and general inquiries
- Complete detailed reports accurately and promptly




- Transmit vital information to callers and agencies
- Work alongside Telecom Operator 2 on investigations
- Navigate CPIC and CAD for inquiries related to reports Requirements:
- High school diploma and relevant experience
- Typing proficiency at 45 wpm
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Obtain and maintain SPS Security Clearance and RCMP Reliability Status
