Summary: The temporary Cleaner will perform light cleaning and final touch-ups throughout a newly constructed residential building in preparation for its opening. The role will focus on ensuring that apartment units and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform light cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.

- Clean apartment units and common areas throughout the building.

- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, doors, baseboards, windows, and other surfaces.

- Remove dust, labels, packaging, and light debris left from building preparation activities.

- Complete cleaning touch-ups as construction and preparation work progresses.

- Handle garbage and recycling according to company procedures.

- Ensure assigned areas are clean, organized, and ready for the building opening.





- Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when additional items are needed.

- Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Skills:

- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.

- Positive time-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

- Availability for the full one-month contract is required.

- Availability to work weekends when required.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset.
