NL Dairy Co-op has recently purchased Agropur Co-operative’s Newfoundland and Labrador fluid milk processing and distribution business, including the Central Dairies brand. The new co-operative is owned by nineteen dairy farmers from across the province, proudly taking care at every stage from farm to fridge, producing, processing and distributing 100% local, quality milk – Right here at home.

POSITION PROFILE and RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing the Central Dairies brand, and contributing to meeting our revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the business from the ground up in an entry-level role. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, your responsibilities are varied, making this a dynamic and fulfilling position.

You will be responsible for:

o Monitoring a Sales and Marketing Strategy aligned with NL Dairy Coop’s business and growth objectives o Managing an assigned territory through effective relationship management,



resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty o Representing the voice of the customer o Calling on various customer channels and learning the protocols associated with each o Reporting on brand performance and market positioning with regular retail audits o Regular updates identifying market gaps, issues and opportunities o Preparing and implementing sales plans

Ideally, we are looking for an outgoing sales representative who is eager to learn and enjoys a fast-paced workplace.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS o Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred o 1-3 years of progressive experience in CPG sales preferred o Excellent oral and written communication skills o Engaging and interpersonal approach o Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships inside and outside the organization o Strong skills in office and sales productivity tools
