We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative to promote and sell Seam Whistle pilsner and our other brands within the GTA West area that includes Mississauga, Milton, Oakville, Hamilton and out as far west as Guelph.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve annual company goals and objectives set for the retail channels within the given territory
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives, new product launches, enhancing brand awareness and in-store relationships
- Represent the brands at retail events within the retail channels. Organize, solidify and attend new store openings, and ensure product listings and merchandising in place
- Seek new opportunities to customize and increase brand exposure via display, coldbox placement, adhoc opportunities
- Build seasonal and promotional displays at retail, and pre-selling promotional activity to drive growth
- Visit various retail stores within the given territory based on prescribed frequency and routing guidelines; identifying new distribution opportunities; building a partnerships that maximizes profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility and service for your region
- Build, maintain and provide as requested, call route plans, field notes, pictures and competitive intel
- Manage budget as provided
- Assist the distribution department as required to maintain sales and relationships and to support corporate initiatives and programs and provide emergency delivery support when called upon
- Review and analyze key sales data and comprehend rep reports




- Proactively use and maintain retail sales tools to inform and influence goals in store; ie-8 week report, Last Call, CRM, Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports etc.
- To use every opportunity to build relationships with drinkers and key influencers that result in brand loyalty and repeat purchase
- To execute corporate and marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and beer sales
- To effectively manage the given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is current and up to date
- Attend and participate in various company sales and marketing meetings
- Maintain a full understanding of the products, history and brand activity
- To fully understand and comply with the legal and regulatory regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, appropriate to Ontario
- To ensure that timely and accurate expense reports are submitted when due

You will manage the GTA West Region that includes Mississauga, Milton, Oakville, Hamilton, Burlington and Guelph.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $68,000 base plus bonus

- Valid Driver’s G License
- 3 years + experience in retail sales in Beverage Alcohol industry considered an asset
