About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Operating Officer to serve as the operational leader and strategic second-in-command. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the business and guiding the organization through its next stage of growth, innovation, and operational scale.

This role is pivotal in integrating and leading multiple functions, including sales, production, client services, digital marketing, content operations, and business development. The President/COO will ensure operational discipline, cross-functional alignment, and executional excellence, with a strong focus on supporting revenue growth and organizational scalability.





The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in business, operations, marketing, and/or sales, with significant senior leadership experience in a related environment.
