We’re a friendly, busy family looking for a reliable, energetic, and self-motivated mother’s helper/family assistant to support our home and care for our young son.

We’re looking for someone proactive who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without constant direction.

Hours: 6–10 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, mainly afternoons and early evenings
Pay: $20/hour

Location: NW Calgary

Responsibilities

Household help: Washing and putting away dishes

Tidying and organizing
Vacuuming and mopping
Helping with laundry
Keeping the kitchen and common areas neat and tidy

Assisting with occasional household projects

Childcare: Engaging our son in play, reading, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities

Encouraging positive behaviour and valuable manners
Taking him for walks or to the park

Providing attentive, nurturing supervision

Dog care: Helping care for our 7-lb Maltese

Letting him outside, feeding him, or taking him for short walks

Ideal Candidate: Proactive and self-motivated

Reliable,

Warm and patient with children
Comfortable around small dogs
Organized and able to work independently
Energetic and willing to help wherever needed

CPR certification is required. First Aid certification is an asset.
