Responsibilities

- Safely remove and install tires using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and balance.
- Perform tire repairs, rotations, alignments, and maintenance services with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires for wear, damage, or defects; communicate findings clearly to customers.
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services to support informed decisions.
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires and equipment safely during service procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tool management and safety compliance.




- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate tire products and accessories to meet customer needs.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes including tire installation, balancing, and alignment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience in sales or upselling automotive products is a plus but not required.
