Spectrum Health Care in Toronto is hiring Part Time Client Services Coordinators to support scheduling and liaison between patients, clients and clinical staff. This role is 100% on site in our Toronto office, with evening and weekend shifts.
You will work with community PSW and Nurses to coordinate services, liaise with clients and staff, and handle inquiries from LHIN and employees while maintaining data in the system.
