Lead innovative clinical transformation as the Brightshores Health Transformation Lead in Owen Sound. This full-time role focuses on implementing regional Oracle Health workflows and fostering stakeholder engagement.

The Transformation

Lead is critical to Brightshores Health System’s transition to a shared Oracle Health instance. This position requires a strong foundation in clinical informatics and experience with adopting digital health initiatives. You will work closely with clinical leaders and operational teams to ensure a successful adoption of standardized workflows. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Brightshores Transformation strategy
- Conduct stakeholder and change-impact assessments
- Facilitate clinical workflow transformation and readiness analyses




- Engage in communication and training activities across sites
- Support the adoption of standardized Oracle Health practices Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in clinical transformation
- Solid background in nursing, health administration, or informatics
- Familiarity with Oracle Health workflows in a hospital setting
- PROSCI Change Practitioner certification preferred
- Ability to lead meetings across multiple locations Transform clinical operations at Brightshores Health by driving successful Oracle Health implementations.
