We are seeking an individual to join our growing Transportation Team as a Truck Driver. Candidates require a strong work ethic to complete a task efficiently with minimal supervision.

Location: 6057 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, ON

Position Type: Full time Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday (days/evenings/weekends possible)

Responsibilities:

· Safely operates company delivery trucks in accordance with all application laws and regulations.

· Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely.

· Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also pick-up new equipment from a John Deere factory.

· Supports the sales and service departments with equipment delivery as required.

· Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.

· Maintains and completes records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts.





· Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, MOT, Health & Safety and company policies.

· Accounts for all time and for all distance travelled in performing assigned duties.

· Maintains assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition.

· Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

· May be required to instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required.

· Represent the company in a professional manner at customer locations, and while driving.

Qualifications:

· 1+ years of experience as semi-trailer truck operator.

· Valid AZ driver’s license.

· Clean or acceptable driving record.

· Previous commercial driving or delivery experience is an asset.

· Ability to work flexible hours.

· Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

· Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
