Duties

- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present used vehicles effectively, highlighting features and perks to maximize sales opportunities
- Negotiate prices and financing options confidently to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals
- Manage a robust sales pipeline by following up with leads, scheduling test drives, and nurturing ongoing customer relationships
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities,



customer interactions, and inventory status using dealership management systems
- Collaborate with sales support staff and management to develop marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
