Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency

Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency is a rapid-growing, AAHA-accredited 24-hour general and emergency service hospital in Vancouver. We are a fully paperless practice equipped with a comprehensive in-house lab, ultrasound, endoscopy, digital X-ray, CT scan, and Cornerstone software. Soon, we will also have a full laparoscopy suite and therapy laser unit! Our mission is to provide 24-hour veterinary care and comfort to pets through advanced diagnostics, routine services, and emergency care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic emergency and general practice team. In this role, you will:

- Play an active role in delivering excellent patient care and client support
- Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff in a fast-paced environment
- Support the team with patient handling, treatment, monitoring, and daily care
- Gain experience with a wide range of emergency and routine cases
- Build your clinical knowledge and confidence while working alongside an experienced veterinary team

What You Will Bring

- Veterinary Technician, Animal Health Technician, or related veterinary education and experience
- Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting is an asset
