Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a VIP Concierge to deliver the highest level of personalized service for our VIP guests, coordinating all aspects of their stay from pre-arrival planning through post-departure follow-up to ensure memorable experiences.

We require at least 2 years of hotel front office or guest services experience, knowledge of local attractions, and excellent communication. Attractive benefits include on-site staff housing, meals, and a comprehensive perks package.
