RainCity Decks is looking for an experienced and reliable Vinyl Deck Installer to join our growing team! We specialize in quality vinyl decking, waterproofing, aluminum railings, and deck construction for residential and multi-unit properties throughout the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities

- Install vinyl decking systems on residential and multi-unit projects.
- Prepare plywood decking and appropriate substrate materials.
- Install vinyl membranes, heat-weld seams, and complete flashings, trims, and finishing details.
- Complete railing and other deck-related installations as required.
- Read and follow project plans and take accurate measurements.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, contractors, and other trades.
- Follow workplace safety requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications
- Previous vinyl decking installation experience is required, including heat-welding seams and completing waterproofing details.
- Liquid membrane decking installation experience is an asset.
- Construction, carpentry,



or deck-building experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling construction materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation.
