About the Role

As an HRM Generalist at Vosyn, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources functions to support the growth and success of our innovative AI-driven organization. This role requires a dynamic skilled who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic initiatives across areas like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development.
- Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy updates.
- Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

About You

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proactive and eager to contribute to innovative HR initiatives like DEI programs.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering impactful HR solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
