Working lead role based in Toronto. You drive, you run gas-powered and small-engine machines, and you keep a small crew on standard. Trailer experience preferred. Winter driving in the GTA required.
Responsibilities
- Drive the walkway truck on Toronto streets and tight sites in snow and ice
- Lead 1–3 walkway shovellers on a fixed Toronto route
- Check work before leaving each site
- Tow a trailer when required
- Operate and troubleshoot gas-powered and small-engine machines
- Pre-trip the truck
- Report progress, problems, blocked cars, and equipment issues
- Protect property and tenants
- Start after a qualifying snowfall and stay until the Toronto route is finished
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G licence — full G preferred; G2 only with a strong record
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Able to drive a work truck in Toronto winter conditions
- Able to operate gas-powered and small-engine equipment
- Able to lead a small crew
- Live in Toronto or the GTA; cell with data — must answer when it snows

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
