We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory while maintaining accurate records and a safe, clean warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments

· Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup

· Load and unload shipments safely

· Perform accurate data entry and shipment logging (Excel)

· Inspect inventory for damage and report discrepancies

· Maintain inventory records using manual or electronic systems

· Operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience an asset)

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

· Follow company policies and safety procedures

· Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

· Responsible for ensuring the quality of medical products is maintained while performing our role in the supply chain





· Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred

· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

· May require overtime or working long hours

· Comfortable standing for extended periods

· Basic computer skills (Excel, email)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· CSA-approved safety footwear required

· Ability to pass a criminal background check

· Assets

· Forklift experience or certification

· WHMIS, TDG, or First Aid training

Compensation & Benefits:

- Starting salary: $50,000 per year
