MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the day-to-day smooth operation of a busy 3-person industrial parts distribution warehouse including coordination of company drivers by route planning and setting priorities. This is a HANDS-ON position.
- Perform order picking & packing for pickup or shipping.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage customer needs.
- Manage paper flow daily to ensure timely goods receipts and customer billing.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with all customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous warehouse experience required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Computer literacy - ERP (Modular) & Microsoft 365
- Excellent knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Order picking, material handling, customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Fluency in English both spoken and written, French is an asset
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Class 'G' Ontario driver's license preferred
- Counterbalance forklift experience an asset
- Standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. intermittently

- Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) (Preferred)
- Fork Lift (counterbalance) (Required)
- Valid Ontario full "G" driver's (Clean Abstract Required)
