Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Order Picker / Walkie Operator for a full-time opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, warehouse operations, forklift operation, material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.

As an Order Picker / Walkie Operator, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution workplace. Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

- Operate Order Picker and Walkie equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Load, move, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid certification for Order Picker and Walkie equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Order Picker and Walkie equipment.
- Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
