Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff supervision, stock accuracy, and the productive receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.

- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

- Issue materials and products based on authorized requests.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.

- Ensure proper labelling and organization of stored items.





- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse.

- Prepare stock and inventory reports.

Requirements:

- OND/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years’ experience as a Storekeeper/Warehouse Officer.

- Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.

- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
