Equipment World Inc. - Thunder Bay, is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure that products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The Warehouse Team maintains Equipment World’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

Daily duties may include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and work flow
- Ensure accurate receiving, picking and shipping of orders
- Ensure accuarte completion of paperwork and data entry to SAGE system
- Assemble orders, containers and crates, record contents, pack goods to be shipped to avoid damage during transit and affix identifying information and shipping instructions
- Load and unload goods from trucks or other conveyances
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and damaged goods, label items, re-package, enter in system and complete any required paperwork
- Complete required paperwork to track shipments including packing slip and freight bills and arrange for package pick up
- Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload,



transport and store goods as required
- Initiate claims for damaged freight and deal with carriers
- Complete daily cycle counts, arrange bin locations, maintain warehouse organization
- Maintain warehouse and yard

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, hardworking individual with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with shipping/receiving or in an industrial environment is considered an asset.
